Printing T-Shirt Sleeves

Hi Jonathan!
First of all I just wanted to say thank you for all of your amazing videos! I am a self taught screen printer and designer, I started a little clothing company from my home in England in 2016 and your videos have helped me so much!
Currently I have a job printing 25 shirts which I have designed for a local business which I will be printing at a bigger workshop but I need to make a sample first which I want to print from my home studio. They want the image I designed on the front of the shirt and a shortened version of their web address on the shoulder sleeves.
My current set up is a single colour manual press with a square t-shirt platen, I've just watched your video on sleeve printing and I was wondering if you have any suggestions on how I might be able to improvise without a sleeve board. I realise that this is probably going to be a tricky thing to achieve but I thought it would be worth asking if you had any ideas.
Thanks again!
Ella
