Intricate Foil Design

Hello!
I have a customer that would like me to make this

. I assume it is using foil, and that is the terminoloy the customer is using but I don't have a clue how to get the intricate two color design done. Any ideas?

Since heat transfer foil usually adheres to foil adhesive and plastisol inks, albeit not as well, this is most likely a vinyl heat transfer design done with a foil effect type vinyl. We can use say gold and silver foil on the same shirt but usually it would be like half and half. This design has silver and gold type foil integrated with one another on a more complex design. So unless they figured out a way to cut the 2 foils and heat press them together, this may be a vinyl foil heat transfer design.
