Printing Dri fit shirts

Post by EJBDesigns »

I had a customer ask about printing on Dri fit shirts. Being new to screen printing and only printing on cotton shirts this far, is there anything special that needs to be done to print on the dri fit like a certain mesh count or ink?

I would suggest using high opacity, low bleed inks with a polyester white under base. It's basically screen printing as usual but you need to check for adhesion and dye migration. I would test print one shirt and see how well it washes and if it bleeds.

Those resources may help out.
