Curing 2 sided shirts

Post by nekkron99 »

I've been wondering about curing 2 sided shirts. May seem like a silly question, but do you have to run the shirt through the conveyor twice? Each time with the print sided needing to be cured facing the heating element? :?

Yes, all ink must be either heat set or cured. Plastisol inks need to be cured. You must run the plastisol print though the dryer in order to cure it. Both sides for each print as they are done.

Ahh. Okay, cool. I guess that makes sense. You wouldn't print a second side if the other was still wet or pliable. Thanks! :D
