Reading too much into the MSDS will have you believe that everything will kill you ! Plastisol by itself is usually innocuous, depending on the brand. you could try making the red darker to offset the white from the puff additive. find out where on the PMS chart you're ending up and go backwards from 200 and you could end up where you need to be. absolute value so to speak. it might be worth a try if you're already eating the cost of the prints th...

If the details got finer you may have over exposed, hard to say without seeing it. Maybe try again on a higher mesh?

I print exclusively Union, and I absolutely stand by their "Athletic White" for polyester garments. I'll reply with the product # tomorrow. It cures between 290 and 320. It has been suggested to reach 320 to be on the safe side. It doesn't necessarily have to sustain 320 like normal plasti...

Sounds like your underbase is carrying too much heat into the dryer. All that heat has to go somewhere, bubbling the top layer of ink. Maybe raise your flash. Put a fan on the shirts before sending them through, or between flashes, or speed up your dryer a bit.

At my shop we've tried to achieve this by "cutting" our plastisol but had the image washout. I think this is more along the lines of water based ink. But you could try process black, if you have it,or by adding process base to your black.
