Lemme see if I got this right and studied the halftone video deeply enough. The one with the plaid shorts and pre-pubescent audio glitch...lol...If there is a one color halftone going on white and dark garments, the halftone transparency needs to be a positive for the dark and a negative/positive fo...

Re: Bigger transparency films
I have a need for a transparency larger than 8.5 x 11 and have yet the capability to output a halftone transparency any larger than 8.5 x 14. I am going to attempt marrying (2) 8.5 x 11's and hand cut between the images. I wouldnt be able to do this if the image was a large continuous halftone. The ...

What does one do if the image to be transferred is larger than the platen on the heat press? Can you do it in stages like heat one half and move the transfer paper with the shirt and do the other half, then peel or will I have to get a larger heat press? thanks....peace

Re: Creating 1 Color Halftone Artwork With Spot Colors
If one wanted to create a black image with a gray border and gray images, is it possible to create it all as a one color black job with any gray being a 50% screen of the black eliminating the need for a second ink color and treat it like a halftone? Thats the way we would do it if making a printing...

Grunge typestyles
I have a question concerning the popular grungy, broken up, splotchy if you will, typestyles that are popular these days. Since these typestyles have so much going on, do they need to be handled like a halftone to capture the detail? Thanks in advance....peace

Re: Splotchy Ink
Could this poor result have been caused by the stencil being washed too long causing non-sharp type edges which, if the stencil were examined it may have the same issues even before the printing took place?...just askin.

Re: Dry Stencil Problem
Thanks for the help and the opinions based on your experience with the product. I may have overlooked mentioning that the laser stencil method was used on 3 screens. One was admittedly a virgin screen out of the box no mesh prep, the other two had been used with traditional emulsion and reclaimed an...
