You can ask about specialty inks in the Using Plastisol Inks section or the Using Water Based Inks section depending on the type of ink you are talking about. ;)

Yes, it’s true plastisol inks need to be cured at 330 degrees F. And you can leave them on the screen for days and it will be fine. The longer you leave the ink on the screen the harder it will be to clean off. Here in the States we tend to use solvents designed for plastisol inks like press wash or...

Glow in the dark inks will be best as a plastisol ink formulation. They tend to be green or on the clear/gray-ish side when printed.
