Re: YUDU Screen Making Issues
From my understanding is that you want to use a lower psi pressure washer. Maybe around 1800 psi. Use the fan setting on the nozzle to start and adjust if necessary. hope this helped some.

Re: Ink washes out
Hi Cody, I'm new to this but I do know a couple things, lol. If you're printing white plastisol you can do a stretch test after it's cured. Slightly pull the white ink after it's cured. If it cracks or pulls away from itself then it is not properly cured. If you are hitting more than once, or white ...

Re: ink issues
ndree,
It's best to use block out tape. It has low residue so it peels cleanly off the screen. It's tacky enough but not too tacky. Plus the adhesive holds up to screen printing solvents pretty well.

centering tees on press
Does anyone have a trick or tip to give regarding centering a tee on the platen? I know it's nearly impossible to get every shirt perfectly centered but what is a good technique to ensure they are close? I've eyeballed the seams in relation to the edge of the platen and the tag to the center of the ...

Re: Ink washes out
I will always buy back my product if there's an error on my part. Reputation is extremely important to me. I didn't start a business to provide shoddy work. This did show me not to talk people at their word without seeing physical proof.

Please disregard this post and delete if you want. It turns out it. Wasn't one of my shirts. Sure wish people would get the facts straight before causing unnecessary stress.

Ink washes out
Well, I'm embarrassed. I sold shirts to a band who sold them at a music fest this past weekend. I just got a message saying someone who bought a shirt says they washed it and half the print washed out and the rest is flaking. I cured the plastisol ink to a minimum of 330 for at least 10 seconds to a...
