Re: What Is Mesh Count & What Do The Numbers Mean?
If I understand correctly, you can use your 110 (43T) for spot color or under base.

Strange Emulsion issue
What causes emulsion "tits"? When the emulsion was wet on the screen it looked good. When it dried it developed these tits.

Re: Printing Tee Shirts With A Manual Rotary Press
My Ryonet 4/1 Silver Press is doing quite well. Just wish I would've got a 2 station instead but the cool thing with these is that they are upgradeable to a 2 station.

You should hear it "zip" along the screen if you are using enough pressure.

Re: Off Contact & Micro Reg
Interesting. My thought would be shrinkage is the issue. I haven't ran into that problem yet myself. I'm also guessing your squeegee pressure and angle is too much. I had that happen once but changed my angle and pressure and it was fixed. It's like your pushing the ink into the garment instead of o...

Re: How To Screen Print White Plastisol Ink On Black Tee Shi
Thank you Jonathon. My screens are relatively new and have only printed around 20 shirts max each. I have stained screens (ghosting) but not when I printed the white. Actually, my screen was brand new, never used when I printed the white on black. I'm now thinking it was a combination of too much of...

CorelDRAW X5
Are there any CorelDRAW X5 experts here who would be willing to help out us novice's? My current issue is actually probably an easy fix but I can't figure it out. I'm trying to do my first 2-color print for my sister and brother in-law. I can't figure out how to separate the image to print two films...

Re: How To Screen Print White Plastisol Ink On Black Tee Shi
I'm curious as to how you know a screen has lost tension without a durometer? You say it's important when printing white on black. About how many times can you print before a screen loses tension? Also, what is the recommended off-contact for white plastisol? I sometimes get a rough look when printi...

Re: BUILDING A DRYING BOX
Nice video J-money Do you know if there is any advantage to having the air-flow going top to bottom as compared to bottom to top? Guessing it's easier to push moisture down and out instead of up and out.
