By the way Jon, you have told you started printing a long time ago with an uncle, the question is, did you always have a belt dryer and cure units as part of the shop hardware you were in?

Yes, indeed that kind of heat press like the one we have it´s like the common in the market, the cheapest :P jejeje and it came with the teflon sheet you talk about, but we realized that it´s ocurring when not giving the correct time, I mean we managed to give the curing process like 10 secs more it...

Hi Jon! well the question I was telling you is the next: 1)What about printing wet on wet, first discharge white(which is water base) then another ink color (supossing it´s yellow plastisol) then black (plastisol like too) and then take out the t shirt off the palet, then put it into the heat press ...

you´re right, discharge inks are water base inks and here we have temperatures like 33°C-43°C like 90% of the year, plus an humidity in the weather of 90% or more, so I quited aplying water based inks like on May of this year because I only achieved to print just the firt t shirt before the mesh got...

Yeah I understand your point very well, I consider my self a perfectionist (in a rookie way ) too, I consider better replace that wrong print instead of lossing a client (all new clients by the way in my case).

Curing Issues
The best way to cure a t shirt is to use either a flash cure unit or a belt dryer in the process, but what about other options? Personally I´m using a heat gun (with 500°C) to flash and hit, and a heat press to get my job done, but I´m getting into trouble when flashing and hitting 3 times in order ...
