Post some pictures of the print results and your screens on press. Then let us know what mesh count you are using, squeegee durometer and type of ink please. Maybe that can help me help you.

Re: Printing Tee Shirts With A Manual Rotary Press
Thanks Pepe. I did the 3 strokes to get some good coverage and decent penetration in the knit. That’s all. With white I would still probably pull the stroke but I may double hit with a flash or use a skillful flood and soft stroke to leave down a decent amount of ink. The sleeve printing video: http...

Re: working with matsui 301 w
Of course, I appreciate your posting on my forum! ;) It looks like perhaps you could use a slightly more open mesh count. Or try using a little more pressure if the mesh is open enough already. And I would use a 65 or 70 durometer squeegee here. It appears as if the material you are printing is a bi...

Re: ink issues
Yeah I think I'll do the heat press curing video next week perhaps. Only with a 1 color print though but it should be able to tell us if it is even possible to attempt anything further.
Discharge inks should all cure at the same temp as long as they are all of the same brand.
Stay tuned.....
