From my perspective, it doesn't look very detailed. 110 would be my choice, assuming you'd be using plastisol. 156 would work also.

Just a few things I've done recently.

While the higher off-contact may have seemed to do the trick, it is exactly that. A trick. Higher off-contact will generally cause more issues than solutions. Your issue could also have to do with your stroke (angle, pressure), mesh or other things as well.

Leaving at least an inch all around is good.

Get yourself a good haze remover to take care of the ghosting issue. Most times having some ghosting left behind won't affect printing though.
