From my perspective, it doesn't look very detailed. 110 would be my choice, assuming you'd be using plastisol. 156 would work also.

Everything I've sublimated so far have been pre-coated. I recently bought a kit to coat my own things but I haven't tried it yet. While the higher off-contact may have seemed to do the trick, it is exactly that. A trick. Higher off-contact will generally cause more issues than solutions. Your issue could also have to do with your stroke (angle, pressure), mesh or other things as well.

Get yourself a good haze remover to take care of the ghosting issue. Most times having some ghosting left behind won't affect printing though.
