Just wanted to add that I did watch your video about applying the pallet tape, just didnt see anything about the adhesive.

When using pallet tape, are you still using a platen adhesive? If so, I assume the tape is strong enough not to come up when removing shirts from the pallet??

I know there are pocket platens available to ease with chest pocket printing, but do you have a video of how to set up for R/L chest printing (without a pocket)? Do you set up the image on the screen, off center, when burning it? Do you shift the screen in the press to line up off center? Do you set...

How to relax mesh tension?
Is there anyway to relax or lessen mesh tension on an existing screen, 24x30. I would like to try to get less tension on a screen to allow greater flexibility over curved surfaces. I have seen questions where people are concerned about losing tension with use of a screen, and therefore getting frame...

I am doing the same and have the same problem, specifically on the far edges. I believe this is due to the concave and the off contact is, of course, greater as the board drops away from the screen. I believe it is because there is not enough pressure/contact on the screen to the board. I just joine...
