Just in case you wanted to know, I have used the Demineralized water in the emulsion and activator with no problems at all and screens are coming out fine

I have some Demineralized water and I'm wondering if I can mix this with the activator instead of distilled? I'm using a dual emulsion also?

Hi Yes the font is different, it's an ai file I created and I changed the font using the same file and saved it as normal I've just flushed the print heads and have some new film, it's printed perfectly again.
