Thanks for the reply....I'll probably go with the 155 for the white on black shirts and the 180 for the black on light shirts.

Hey all, I'm wanting to print a 'spot & dot' image. I'm at 35LPI and will be using plastisol inks. I'll be printing on dark and light colors so, I realize I'll have a screen for each. I typically use a 110 mesh for my spot colors. I'm also manually printing these. My screen supplier has 125, 140...
