Emulsion issues
We got a gallon of HiFi emulsion and when it arrived it had the consistency of paste and wasn't usable at all. We got ahold of Ryonet and they sent us a gallon of Dual Cure Diazo to replace it. They said that happens once in awhile. Well...the new gallon we got came just perfect and we used it once ...

First question is does CMYK take a white undercoat which means it would take 5 screens. Then if you go with CMYK #1 what do you tell Accu rip...

Re: Reclaiming-chemical?
Can anyone recommend a good reclaiming chemical? I am using a green(safe environmental one) and I am wasting a ton of time spraying, scrubbing, respraying and scrubbing again to get it all off. It would be nice to spray it let is sit and then spray it all off. Is there such a thing? Thanks Jim Wilso...

Large run questions?
I posted this the other day but can't seem to find this now so forgive me if it ends up posted twice. I am going to be doing a run of about 1000 shirts for a national company. What I wanted to know was what extra considerations should I take in doing such a large run. Will the screens last that long...

Large run
I have a run of 1000 t-shirts coming up and I just had some questions. What considerations do I have to do in order to do such a large run on a manual press? Will the screens last that long or will I have to re-burn screens half way through. Does the emulsion need to be double coated on the screens ...

Re: HELP-red ink-VICTORY IS MINE
Yeah I got it done as you can see. Thank you all for the suggestions. I checked them all and learned from them all. It came down to Greg's suggestion. It was the spray tac. Like I said I was doing a tight pattern down the center of the platin with the spray tac and just wasn't getting enough on the ...
