Sounds like to much powder on the sheet. Give it a good smack before sending it down the dryer.

We print lots of 100% poly. Always check the first ones through. Thing was it only happened on one size shirt( ink changed to weird colors) white became green and gold became??. Had to redo 8 medium's.

I have printed thousands of decals. Naz-Dar or Sericol work really well as solvents and UV.Not much differnt other than you use a 3 point registration system. The x are your register points' 230 mesh for solvent 355+ for UV X righthanded X XX XX flip them around if you are left handed
