the most popular option for us to print tags is to use a grey shade of ink. we have had customers request dark colored inks on light colored shirts, but when we tell them that it has the tendency to bleed through then they change their mind. Jonathon once again explained it perfectly. The thing that is more important then mesh size is knowing whether to print water based or plastisol and using the proper type of ink.
