placing shirt on pallet
ok the next thing I would like to master is how to place the shirt on the pallet with out having to measure first. I have been measuring the shirts and placing a piece of tape to mark the center of the shirt. I also have a center line on the pallet and line them up. is there an easier way? measuring...

printing black ink on ink jet film
i have the Epsom 1430 and when printing on waterproof ink jet film the black is not that dark tryed settings and not getting any darker. i have tryed cmyk and rgb no diffeance. i am useing corel draw with the simplesep add on. cant figure what i am doing wrong. thanks for you help.

I have built a light table that has cut the exposure time to about 1 minute or less. I need to purchase a exposure calculator for an accurate time to burn the screens. thanks for all the help..

hey jonathan thanks again. I built a light table using black light bulbs and I was able to get the burn time down to one minute and continue to use warm water. I think I am going to try the blue emulsion that you are using. thanks again

jonathan thanks a lot you were correct I purchased the ink you suggested and wow what a difference. prints and cures a lot better. thank you for all your help.

I am using Ulano orange ultra fast emulsion and having problems washing out the screens. I currently use a 500 watt lamp at six minutes. when washing out the screens with cold water it takes a long time before the emulsion starts coming out. if I use warm water it starts to come out in about 30 seco...

thanks for all the replies. how far is your flash dryer from the garment? I think I will have to invest in a better flash dryer. the one I have does not seem to dry the whole image the same.

I was having the same issues. I changed the timing, let it soak, used pressure washer. nothing seemed to work. finally i notice that using warm water makes a big difference the emulsion seems to come out quicker with less pressure just using a garden sprayer.
