Based from my experiences with metallic ink,softer squeegee blades deposit more ink and harder squeegee does not sharpen it at all.. Metallic inks are harder to print,all i do is to press the squeegee down until it gets all the ink through the screen..

heating it is not really a good idea. mine was washed off.. i use an ink for fabrics, try the Jacquard Neopaque and Lumiere paints,, all i did was to roll it out..

for me one simple tip to get consistent prints is by investing on high quality inks.. i do not feel bad or think twice on buying expensive inks because i get great results from it.. meaning, i get what i pay for in the first place.. so money is not wasted but i actually saved more..

Printing white ink on black shirts is really a struggle!! the white ink that i use seems to be too thin.. had this thin coat of emulsion .. cannot really come up with that "PROFESSIONAL LOOKING PRINT" just with one pass.. I cannot find that famous Triangle pheonix white. I think using this...
