Adobe have taken away my ability to use PSP and Illy with my upgrade to win11, bye bye CS5. That looks like a simple three colour set up.
clip it and put it into photoshop and check the rbg.
You may have to print it off, draw the lines and scan back in for a perfect drawing.
You sure that isn't a copyrighted picture though?

THe free ones are ok but some come with a logo on them. I would try a royalty free site with a pameny option but also remember that everyone else can access the same artwork. You need to build up a clip art library as CAtsit hinted at, try looking around odd places like deviant art for ideas and the...
